How to Request Data Deletion

If you would like to request deletion of your data, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact Us

Send an email to ben@homerise.ca with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

  • Your full name
  • Email address associated with your account
  • Request for data deletion

Step 2: Verification

We will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days.

Step 3: Confirmation

Once your data is deleted, you will receive a confirmation email.

What Data We Delete

Upon request, we will delete:

  • Contact form submissions
  • Email addresses
  • Phone numbers
  • Any other personal information you provided

Instagram Data

We do not store Instagram data. Instagram content displayed on our website is fetched directly from Instagram's servers. To delete your Instagram data, please contact Instagram directly or use Instagram's data deletion tools.
